What researchers say after presenting

"I presented to people in six time zones who I'd never have met at a physical conference. The Q&A ran longer than my talk."
DR
Dr. Daniela Rossi
Postdoctoral Researcher, Environmental Science
"The AI Conference Finder matched my abstract to a track I didn't know existed. It fit better than the conference I'd already picked."
KM
Kwame Mensah
PhD Candidate, Educational Technology
"Presenting from a different time zone every month used to mean juggling three tools. Having submissions, my schedule, and the live session in one place made it simple."
SL
Dr. Sophie Lindqvist
Keynote Speaker, Digital Health Symposium

ABOUT US

One conference a week, done properly

waars.org is operated by the World Association for Academic Research and Science (WAARS). We're a young organization with a narrow, deliberate focus: one themed virtual academic conference every week, run well, rather than many run thin.

Why one conference a week

Most academic conference platforms try to run as many events as possible, as often as possible. We do the opposite. Every week, WAARS hosts a single themed virtual conference — one topic, one date, one focused programme. It's a smaller promise, but it's one we can actually keep: real review, real dates, and a certificate that says what actually happened.

How review works

Every abstract submitted to WAARS is read by two reviewers from our editorial team against three criteria: fit to that week's theme, originality, and clarity. You'll hear back — accepted or declined — before the conference date. Payment is only ever requested after your abstract is accepted; nothing is charged while a submission is still under review.

What we don't claim

We'd rather under-promise here than over-promise and disappoint you later:
